How much do i have to invest?
How much you invest depends on what you are trying to accomplish and what kind of risks you are willing to take. Real Estate is a very good investment, depending on what type of property you invest in, but these investments are very long term when done properly. There is no minimum limit on investments. Smaller amounts will be pooled with other investors.
Does your real estate department "flip" houses?
Triad-Group is dedicated to long term financial success. House flipping is counter-produtive to this system and can cause a bad reputation within the community if not done properly. We do not at this time, nor do we plan to flip homes.
What can your research department research?
Our research department can research any subject required. Our past research projects have included demographics for new business, gas price trends vs cost of living and the history of Druids in the United States. We use a full arsenal of research tools and provide you not only the information, but the sources for future use.
Will you fund my "get rich quick" idea?
Each investment is fully investigated before funding. We will not take your idea to our investors until we have verified that the plan is legal, moral and cost effective. Proposals such as pyramid plans, mail order clipping plans, house flipping and such will be declined.
